Tenant terms and conditions accepted and agreed by the registrant in addition to the general terms of use and service which can be viewed here at terms and conditions:

1. By submitting this registration form you also agree and accept that these terms and conditions can be changed at any time prior to the start of any negotiation you make with a landlord providing a copy of the new terms and conditions are published on your negotiator's page in your member's area before you make an offer for any property you are negotiating with and that the negotiator's terms supersede these.

2. To validate the tenant's guarantee, the tenant must commence and complete the rental process through PropertyWikia and must follow every step of the rental process using the PropertyWikia negotiator. Furthermore, the landlord and tenant must both confirm that the rental has been completed and the signed tenancy agreement and a copy of rental deposit and advance rent receipt provided to PropertyWikia on request.

3. If a tenant or landlord or both transact any part of the rental process outside of the negotiator the tenant's guarantee and rental will be voided.

4. If the tenant transacts any part of their rental and/or negotiation from the same location and/or computer as the landlord the tenant will lose their guarantee.

5. If the landlord transacts any part of their rental and/or negotiation from the same location and/or computer as the tenant the tenant will lose their guarantee.

6. Half of the tenant's move costs/removal costs relating to a furniture collection and delivery (not packaging or any other product or service) from the tenant's registered address to the rented property's address will be paid on provision of a certified and paid bill and proof of payment on completion of tenancy agreement/contract and payments as stated in term (2) of this agreement and providing the tenant instructed a certified removals/move company and both registered and rented/new address are in the same country and subject to the validation of their guarantee, the registered address being the collection and billing address and the rented property address as the delivered to address appearing on the bill and also subject to confirmation/verification and these terms.

7. PropertyWikia will confirm all bills relating to the tenant's guarantee provided to PropertyWikia by the tenant are bills for services already carried out subject to these terms and reasonably priced and if any bill is overpriced PropertyWikia can offer to pay the market price with the tenant paying the difference.

8. If a tenant does not follow the on-screen negotiator's steps and process during negotiation the tenant's guarantee and/or rental will be voided.
