If you want to remove a property you’ve listed, sign into your member area’s ‘My Property’ page and use the ‘delete property’ tool if available. Once you’ve deleted your property then use the relevant link below to remove/close your account. 

Remove My Account - Results:

• Closes the account type you select... ONLY
• Stops email to that account's registered email address... ONLY
• Prevents future sign-in to that account's member area... ONLY
• DOES NOT stop email being sent to you for other accounts
• DOES NOT stop email being sent to you by user features (email a friend etc.)
• DOES NOT block your email address from news & updates or marketing list

TIPS:

• To never receive another email from us or our user features (email a friend etc.), please use the 'Block Me From Any Email' option.

REMOVE MY ESTATE AGENTS/REALTOR ACCOUNT

Clicking this removal link will close your estate agent/realtor account ONLY and block your email address from our estate agent/realtor contact list ONLY. To totally block your email address, please use the 'Block me From Any Email' feature also. BEWARE: By removing this account will totally close your estate agent/realtor account which will affect your client's (buyers and tenants) special guaranteed accounts if they've bought/rented from you and 'applied for' or are waiting to be paid back their moving expenses.

BLOCK ME FROM ANY EMAIL

This is the option you should ONLY select if you’ve received a marketing email from PropertyWikia and want to block receiving future marketing emails or are removing an account and don't want any more email ever! Using this feature does not remove/close any account when selected, however will not allow you to sign up with us in the future using the same email address. Clicking this ‘Block Me From Any Email’ link will simply filter your email address from any future emailing and system emails too. BEWARE:  By using this feature will block all emails including those for; Commissions; buyer’s offers; rental offers; Override notices; account management; alerts; notices and all other emails. It is immediate and irreversible once done.

Blocking your email address from our system emails is instant, however can take longer to exclude your email address from our marketing/mailing lists. It may take up to 48 hours to implement, so please forgive us if your request overlaps with another email from PropertyWikia.
