To claim your surveyor fees, legal fees and 50% of your removal costs from PropertyWikia you must have first paid the fees. You must then complete and print out three separate claim forms one for each of the services along with the original invoices, receipts and letters confirming acceptance of instructions from each of the services. Messages with instructions on how to make a claim will appear in your negotiation page upon completion of the sale.

Ensure all forms are signed and dated and mailed to PropertyWikia’s London address along with all the required documents. It usually takes up to 45 days (Administration can take up to 21 days, payment will be dispatched 7 days after administration, please allow up to 10 days for delivery) for reimbursements to reach you.
