As a Buyer, only you can start a negotiation. When a you search for properties on PropertyWikia and locate a suitable property, you are able to contact the property owner by clicking the ‘Contact Owner’ button located on the property listing. This button takes you to the negotiator software in your  Member’s Area from where you are able to send the property owner a message.

They will receive an email notification to their registered email address informing them that an interested Buyer has made contact. They will be requested to sign in to their Seller’s Member Area and utilize the negotiator software to read the your message. To open the negotiation and for it to progress to a sale, the Seller must answer the initial enquiry message from you. The Seller will be prompted by their Negotiator to reply quickly.
