You are looking to buy a property with particular features, but don’t want the hassle of going through the entire list of properties in your results page in order to find the ones that have the features you’re looking for! This problem is easily solved.

When searching on either QuickSearch or Overseas property search, you have the option of refining your search to order the closest properties that match your search to the top of results relevant to your ‘feature requirements’.

You can do this using the ‘property Features’ list in the ‘advanced search’ facility at the bottom of QuickSearch for example. It is a scrollable box listing every feature that we encourage property owners to use in order to list their property and make them more findable.


To include particular property features in your search criteria, you need to add one feature at a time by highlighting the one you want and clicking the ‘Add’ button beneath the box. You can add as many features as you want or if you change your mind, just as easily remove them by clicking on the ‘x’ alongside each selected feature.

Property features act as keywords, so using them will locate property that’s been described by owners that boast the property feature. You must realize that the more features you select, the less property that will appear in your results pages.

Any property that matches your search criteria will appear at the top of the results page descending to least relevant.
